About the Role

Prospective Designs is looking for a skilled and creative Website Developer responsible for developing, maintaining, updating, and optimizing the company's website and other web-based platforms.

The candidate should have positive technical knowledge, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure the website remains professional, functional, updated, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, design, and maintain company websites and web pages.
- Create responsive and mobile-friendly website layouts.
- Update website content, images, projects, portfolios, services, and other information as required.
- Ensure the website is functional, fast, secure, and user-friendly.
- Identify and fix website errors, bugs, broken links, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with the design team for website layouts, graphics, banners, and visual content.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for SEO, content updates, landing pages, and campaign requirements.
- Implement new website features and functionalities as required.
- Optimize website performance, loading speed, and responsiveness.
- Ensure proper website navigation and user experience.
- Maintain website backups and regularly monitor website performance.
- Manage website hosting, domain, SSL, and other basic technical requirements.
- Implement basic SEO-friendly website structures and practices.
- Integrate forms, WhatsApp, social media, Google Maps, analytics, and other required tools.
- Maintain and update WordPress or other CMS platforms, wherever applicable.




- Test websites across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Maintain proper documentation of website changes, credentials, plugins, integrations, and updates.
- Ensure website content and technical updates are completed within the assigned timelines.
- Stay updated with current web development technologies, tools, and industry practices.

Required Technical Skills

Depending on the company's website requirements, the candidate should have knowledge of:

- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Responsive Web Design
- WordPress / CMS
- PHP – preferred
- MySQL – preferred
- Basic SEO
- Website hosting and domain management
- Google Analytics / Search Console
- Website performance optimization
- Basic UI/UX understanding
- Git/version control – preferred

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive. The candidate must be capable of handling routine website updates independently while also taking initiative to identify improvements and suggest better technical solutions.

Salary: As per experience and interview
Joining: Immediate / As per availability

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
