Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our organization's IT operations and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will oversee technology systems, cybersecurity, cloud services, IT projects, vendor management, and business applications while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT services that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Operations

- Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user devices.
- Ensure the availability, security, and optimal performance of all IT systems and business applications.
- Oversee IT asset management, software licensing, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

IT Strategy & Project Management

- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, digital transformation, and automation initiatives.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements and recommend technology solutions.
- Monitor IT budgets, optimize technology costs, and ensure effective resource utilization.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, backup systems, and disaster recovery.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate technology risks while maintaining business continuity.

Team & Vendor Management

- Lead, mentor, and support the IT team to ensure high-quality service delivery.




- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and technical support.
- Prepare periodic reports on IT performance, ongoing projects, risks, and improvement initiatives for management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or IT Management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), and cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, firewalls, endpoint management, and backup solutions.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Experience in IT project management and vendor management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in digital transformation and IT automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of IT governance and information security best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and team leadership skills.
