We are looking for a Process Engineer – Injection Molding to handle process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting in plastic injection molding operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining process stability, improving productivity, and reducing rejection in production.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and optimize plastic injection molding machines for new and existing molds.
- Monitor production to ensure consistent product quality and optimized cycle time.
- Troubleshoot molding defects such as short shot, flash, burn marks, sink marks, etc.
- Develop and maintain process parameters and SOPs.
- Coordinate with tool room and maintenance teams for mold trials and improvements.
- Support recent product development (NPD) activities and mold trials.




- Implement continuous improvement activities to reduce scrap and increase productivity.
- Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF quality standards.
- Train machine operators on proper machine handling and process settings.
- Maintain documentation such as process sheets, trial reports, and production records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
