Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs and goals are consistently met.Issue Resolution: Actively investigate customer concerns, process complaints, and implement swift, satisfactory solutions.Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling company products or services based on client needs.Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records and interactions within CRM software while reporting on satisfaction metrics to management.Proactive Outreach: Conduct regular follow-ups to inform clients about current services, product updates, or promotions.
