Video Editor – RequirementsExperience

- 2–5 years of professional video editing experience.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating short-form and long-form content.
- Experience editing for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and facebook ads

Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of video codecs, export settings, and platform-specific optimizations.

AI & Modern Editing Tools

- Comfortable using AI-assisted editing tools such as:
- Adobe Firefly
- Magnific AI
- ElevenLabs
- ChatGPT, Grok Imagine or similar AI tools
- Ability to leverage AI to improve editing speed without compromising quality.

Content Understanding





- Understanding of social media algorithms and viewer retention.
- Familiarity with creator-style editing trends without overusing effects.

Bonus Skills

- Thumbnail design.
- Basic graphic design.
- Camera operation and videography.
- Experience editing product demos or SaaS content.

Portfolio Requirements

Applicants should provide:

- Portfolio or showreel.
- At least three short-form videos (Reels/Shorts/FB Ads).
- Examples showcasing motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
