Job Responsibilities
* Contact and follow up with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
* Convert leads into successful sales by maintaining a consultative approach.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
* Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
* Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the CRM or company database.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
