Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead the creative function across our product ecosystem and brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's creative vision, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience across digital products, marketing communications, and brand touchpoints. This role requires close collaboration with Product Management, UX/UI Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to create innovative, user-centric experiences that drive business growth and strengthen brand equity.

1. JOB REQUIREMENT

8+ years in creative or brand roles, including 3+ years leading a creative team

Strong portfolio spanning content, motion, and static design

Experience setting brand guidelines and running creative QA

Excellent stakeholder management across marketing functions

Experience managing creative resourcing and prioritization across multiple

requesters

Strong presentation skills to pitch and defend creative concepts to leadership

Working knowledge of production processes for video, photography, and design

2. EXPECTATIONS

Set and safeguard the creative and brand vision across all marketing output

Lead and grow a team of 4 across content and design

Partner closely with Brand & PR to keep external-facing messaging aligned





Review and approve major creative deliverables before launch across various

channels of marketing

Report on creative output and velocity to leadership monthly

Establish and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries

Run regular creative critiques to raise the team's craft and consistency

Prioritize and allocate creative requests across Digital, Growth, and Community

teams

Partner with the other leaders in marketing on creative testing and iteration

cadence

Own the creative budget for freelance, stock, and production needs

Work closely with the freelancers, consultants and production houses to execute

campaigns across print, digital and offline platforms

Manage and groom a team of designers, content marketers and work closely with

the brand marketing team

Shift Time : 5 pm - 2 am
