- Maintain detailed records of issues, discussions, solutions, and updates in ticketing systems.

Key Responsibility * Communicate with clients to understand and document business requirements.

- Coordinate between clients and the software development team to ensure clear and timely communication.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents , user stories, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in project planning, task tracking, and status reporting.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
