We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Fresher to join our Career Services team.The role will involve supporting candidates with resume creation, job search activities, profile optimization, and daily operations related to career support services.Key Responsibilities:Assist in creating and improving candidate resumesHelp candidates with job search strategies and applicationsManage candidate profiles on job portalsCoordinate with candidates for required information and updatesMaintain records and ensure smooth process executionSupport LinkedIn and career profile optimization activitiesRequirements:Good communication skills (written & verbal)Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentationWillingness to learn recruitment and career services processesAttention to detail and valuable organizational skillsIdeal Opportunity For:Freshers looking to build a career in Operations, Recruitment, HR Tech, and Career Services.
