- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in customer support/real estate. • Good communication, customer handling and complaint management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/application management and reporting. • Ability to handle customer calls, WhatsApp queries, follow-ups and coordination with internal teams.
