We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable M.Sc. Nursing professional to join our academic team as a Nursing Faculty. The ideal candidate should possess solid subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students preparing for competitive nursing examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online lectures for nursing competitive examinations.
- Teach core nursing subjects including Medical-Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Obstetrics & Gynaecological Nursing, Nursing Foundation, Pharmacology, Anatomy & Physiology, and Research.
- Develop high-quality study materials, notes, presentations, and question banks.
- Prepare and review MCQs aligned with competitive exam patterns.
- Conduct mock tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision classes.
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance and mentoring.
- Keep course content updated with the latest nursing guidelines and examination trends.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.




- Support promotional seminars, webinars, and academic workshops as required.

Required Qualification

- M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
- B.Sc. Nursing with excellent academic background.

Experience

- Freshers with strong academic knowledge may apply.
- 1–5 years of teaching or clinical experience is preferred.
- Experience in competitive exam coaching is an added advantage.

- Strong command over nursing subjects.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and online teaching platforms.
- Good classroom management and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
