About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Monitoring Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily operational activities, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel. This is an office-based role requiring good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the status and progress of multiple operational sites.
- Collect, verify, and maintain daily operational data.
- Prepare and update Excel reports on a regular basis.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required information.
- Identify missing or inconsistent data and follow up for corrections.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.
- Perform other data management and monitoring-related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, basic functions, data entry, and reporting).
- Comfortable working on computers and online platforms.
- Good typing speed and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
Preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Monitoring, Back Office, or Operations.
- Freshers with robust Excel knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
