Job description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The RM will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, driving property sales/leasing, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the buying or renting process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and coordinate with clients and developers/owners.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Update CRM tools and report progress to the sales head.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) for smooth transactions.
- Stay updated with market trends, property pricing,



and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate, financial services, or B2C/B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with local property markets and regulations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in real estate (residential/commercial).
- Fluency in English and [Local Language

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
