Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Music Teacher to develop and implement a dynamic music curriculum for our students. The ideal candidate will inspire a love for music, teach foundational musical skills (both vocal and instrumental), and organize school performances. Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Development: Design and teach comprehensive music lessons that align with educational standards and cater to different age groups.
- Instruction: Teach basic music theory, vocal techniques, and introductory instrument playing (e.g., keyboard, guitar, recorder).
- Event Coordination: Organize, direct, and prepare students for school assemblies, seasonal concerts, choirs, and musical theater productions.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage continuous musical development.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, structured,



and engaging classroom environment.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other teachers and staff to integrate music into broader interdisciplinary school projects.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a music teacher or instructor, preferably in a school setting.
- Proficiency in vocal instruction and playing at least one musical instrument (piano/keyboard or guitar preferred).
- Strong knowledge of music theory and history.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and inspiring a love for the arts.
