Job Summary

Pentagon Institute is seeking a passionate and result-oriented Mathematics Faculty to teach students preparing for JEE Main. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts while inspiring students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom lectures for JEE Main Mathematics.
- Prepare structured lesson plans and complete the syllabus on schedule.
- Solve JEE Main level problems with multiple approaches and shortcuts.
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and doubt-solving sessions.
- Analyze students' performance and provide personalized guidance.
- Develop study materials, assignments, DPPs, and mock tests.
- Mentor students for effective exam preparation and time management.
- Stay updated with the latest JEE Main syllabus, exam pattern, and question trends.
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics,



Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience for JEE Main/Foundation courses (preferred).
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge may also apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (preferred).

Required Skills

- Excellent command over Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Vectors, and 3D Geometry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms is an added advantage.
