ABOUT THE INSTITUTION

Nilachal Polytechnic College of Engineering is a premier technical institution located in Bhubaneswar (near

engineering education, and hands-on skill development. The Department of Electrical Engineering invites

applications from energetic and passionate educators to join our faculty team for diploma and engineering

courses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Academic Delivery: Prepare and deliver engaging lectures in core Electrical Engineering subjects

(e.g., Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Circuit Theory, Control Systems, Power Electronics).

 Practical Learning: Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments, practical demonstrations, and

software-based tutorials (e.g., MATLAB, Electrical CAD).

 Evaluation & Mentorship: Conduct regular unit tests, evaluate practical lab records, assign internal

marks, and mentor students for capstone projects and technical competitions.





 Classroom & Departmental Management: Maintain strict student discipline, attendance logs, course

completion schedules, and participate in departmental administrative activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

 Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/institution. (M.Tech candidates will be preferred).

 Experience: Teaching or industry experience preferred. High-performing freshers with robust subject

command and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

 Availability: Immediate Joiner required.

 Technical Skills: Strong hold on core Mechanical engineering principles, laboratory/workshop handling,

and technical tools.

 Communication: Proficient oral and written communication skills in English and Odia for effective

classroom delivery.

SALARY & PERKS
