Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for UK customers.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice Experience.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
