Faculty – IPM / CLAT / JEE Entrance Exam Preparation

(Quantitative Aptitude / Verbal Ability / Logical Reasoning)

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic faculty members to train students preparing for competitive examinations such as IPM, CLAT, JEE, CUET, and other aptitude-based entrance exams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective classroom sessions for Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, and/or Logical Reasoning.
- Teach concepts in a structured and student-friendly manner to learners with varying levels of proficiency.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, practice discussions, and assessment reviews.
- Prepare study materials, worksheets, assignments, and mock tests.
- Track student performance and provide regular feedback and mentoring.
- Help students strengthen conceptual understanding, speed, accuracy, and exam-taking strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.
- Work collaboratively with the academic team to maintain high teaching standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this role should possess:





- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Solid subject knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Quantitative Aptitude / Mathematics
- Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension
- Logical Reasoning
- Familiarity with competitive exams such as IPM, CLAT, JEE, CUET, CAT, MAT, or similar entrance examinations.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Prior teaching experience in coaching institutes is preferred but not mandatory for deserving candidates.

Location & Mode

- Full-time / Part-time opportunities available.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
