Studio Manager / Front Office Admin

Location: Chennai

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Studio Manager / Front Office Admin to join our growing dance studio.

Responsibilities

- Manage the front office and welcome students and parents.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries.
- Handle admissions, fee collection, and maintain student records.
- Coordinate class schedules and follow up with parents.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation.
- Support social media by responding to messages and posting basic updates.
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Organized, responsible, and proactive.




- Friendly personality with good customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Experience in administration or front office is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
