About the Role

Boho Fest is looking for a proactive Health & Safety Executive to ensure the safety and well-being of artists, visitors, vendors, and staff throughout the festival. You'll help create a secure environment while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement event health & safety plans

· Conduct venue inspections and risk assessments

· Coordinate with medical teams, security agencies, and local authorities

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency protocols

· Monitor safety during setup, live event operations, and dismantling

· Prepare safety reports and incident documentation

Requirements

· Knowledge of event safety procedures and compliance standards

· Robust organizational and problem-solving skills

· Ability to remain calm under pressure

· Experience in event operations or safety management is preferred

· Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
