Job Title: IT Sales Executive – (Hardware, Laptops & Networking Solutions)

Job Summary

We are Pelican Telecom looking for a Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in technical sales and commercial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of rugged computing solutions and be capable of understanding customer requirements, preparing techno-commercial proposals, coordinating with OEMs, and supporting the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable rugged computing solutions.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for pricing, product selection, and technical specifications.
- Handle customer inquiries, and tender documentation.
- Support the sales team during technical discussions, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Follow up with customers on quotations, approvals, and order closures.
- Maintain pricing records, proposal documents, and customer communication.




- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and technology partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

- Strong technical knowledge of Rugged Computing Solutions (Rugged Laptops, Rugged Tablets, etc.).
- Valuable understanding of techno-commercial proposal preparation.
- Knowledge of tenders, and commercial documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Computer, Electrical) or a related technical field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
