Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Required Technical Skills:

- 3+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development
- Robust knowledge of: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
- Integration knowledge: MID Server, Web Services, OAuth, API authentication
- CMDB data model understanding (preferred)
- Experience in at least one ServiceNow product suite besides ITSM (e.g., ITOM, SPM, GRC)

Certifications:

- Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- Preferred: CAD (Certified Application Developer)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and Flow Designer automations
- Build and troubleshoot Integration Hub spokes and REST/SOAP integrations
- Create and enhance Service Portal widgets, pages, and UI components
- Develop and maintain Transform Maps and data load activities
- Implement secure attachment handling and restricted APIs
- Contribute to ITOM/ITSM/CSM or other module implementations
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities
