We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, and administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in the garments/manufacturing industry and be able to handle a large workforce efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- ⁠Handle end-to-end recruitment for production, staff, and management positions.
- ⁠Conduct interviews, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- ⁠Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll coordination.
- ⁠Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- ⁠Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- ⁠Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
- ⁠Coordinate performance appraisal, employee engagement, and training programs.
- ⁠Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower reports.




- ⁠Support statutory audits and HR compliance activities.
- ⁠Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
- ⁠Oversee housekeeping and administration management, ensuring workplace cleanliness, office maintenance, vendor coordination, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Required Skills

- ⁠Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- ⁠Excellent recruitment and interviewing skills.
- ⁠Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS.
- ⁠Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- ⁠Ability to handle a large workforce in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
