Bakingo is looking for dedicated and customer-friendly Delivery Executives to ensure timely and protected delivery of cakes and bakery products. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
- Verify orders before dispatch and ensure correct delivery.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and digital transactions, if applicable.
- Maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers.
- Follow traffic rules and company delivery guidelines.
- Coordinate with the outlet team for smooth order dispatch.
- Report delivery status and any customer issues promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
- Valid Driving License (Two-Wheeler).
- Own two-wheeler with valid RC, Insurance, and Pollution Certificate.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and Google Maps.
- Prior delivery experience in food, grocery, or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
