Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and skilled manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
- Serve food and beverages while ensuring excellent service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Address guest queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Build positive guest relationships to enhance the overall dining experience.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurants, Cafés, QSR, Hotels, or Customer Service.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed personality with a qualified appearance.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience as a Guest Service Associate, Food & Beverage Associate, Restaurant Associate, Customer Service Associate, Steward, or similar hospitality roles will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
