Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and induction for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Administer and manage HR data through the 247HRM software, including employee data entry, leave and attendance tracking, and report generation.
- Assist with internal communications, HR correspondence, and policy dissemination.
- Support performance tracking and follow-ups for new and existing employees.
- Coordinate with department heads and site teams on HR-related matters.
- Conduct mandatory monthly site visits to engage with on-ground staff, address HR concerns, and support field-level HR operations.
- Handle other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Proficiency in 247HRM software, or the ability to learn and become proficient quickly with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability and willingness to travel for mandatory monthly site visits.

Preferred Attributes

- Prior exposure to HRMS/payroll software.
- A proactive, adaptable attitude suited to a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
