The Right Individual:

We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 4 years experience who will support cloud infrastructure and contact center (voice) platform operations. The role involves implementation of new solutions in enterprise, cloud environments for large clients in the contact-center domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cloud infrastructure: Design and manage AWS-based infrastructure that includes EC2, S3, Autoscaling group, RDS, ElastiCache, CloudWatch, Route53, ALB, security group, etc.
- Automate infra using CloudFormation.
- Configuring Web Servers, proxies, Load balancers.
- Deploy scalable micro-service architecture-based components using platforms such as Docker, Podman, Kubernetes.
- Managing Client interactions.
- Deploying & managing high quality solutions in the contact-centre domain .
- Voice infrastructure basics with VoIP,



SIP, RTP, WebRTC based solutions.
- Implementing AI-driven solutions and managing it.
- Managing Databases [MySQL, MS-SQL, RDS systems, REDIS, ElastiCache].
- Call flow design and troubleshooting.
- Integration of contact centre with backend APIs.
- Implementing health checks.
- Incident troubleshooting & root cause analysis.
- Ensure high availability and failover strategies.

Strongly Preferred:

- Experience handling voice stack infra.
- Knowledge of API integrations for telephony.
- Experience scaling real-time systems.
- Exposure to high concurrency systems.
- Knowledge of load balancing for voice workloads.
- Required Skills:
- Robust Linux admin experience.
- Hands-on AWS production experience.
- Experience with contact centre or telecom systems.
- Good networking fundamentals.
- Docker & CI/CD experience.
- Shell scripting (mandatory).
- Basic Python scripting ability.
- Understanding of secure infra design.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
