Job Purpose

To develop students' communication, public speaking, creative expression, and performance skills through speech, drama, theatre activities, and stage productions. The coach will encourage confidence, creativity, and effective verbal and non-verbal communication among students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speech and drama sessions for students across designated grades.
- Train students in public speaking, elocution, debate, storytelling, theatre, and stage performance.
- Develop lesson plans and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Prepare students for school events, competitions, assemblies, and annual productions.
- Organize and direct dramatic performances, skits, and theatrical events.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, teamwork, and self-expression.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership for curricular and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain records of student participation and achievements.
- Ensure discipline and a safe learning environment during sessions and rehearsals.

Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts, Theatre, Drama, English, Communication, or a related field.
- Certification or specialized training in Speech & Drama preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience teaching speech and drama to children.
- Experience in directing stage productions and coaching students for competitions will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of theatre techniques, voice modulation, and stagecraft.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of different age groups.
