Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation conversion: Cold Calling, Data Mining for Lead Generation. Follow up on inbound leads and work assigned outbound prospects to convert them into paying customers.
- Leads Qualification: Qualify leads quickly using a clear framework (budget, authority, need, timeline) and prioritize high-probability opportunities.
- Outreach and engagement: execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and schedule demos/meetings as needed online or Offline in person meeting at client place.
- Sales process management: run discovery calls, deliver product demos or proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Data Maintaining ownership: maintain accurate, timely records of all activities, opportunities, and deal stages in the system.
- Reporting: provide weekly and monthly sales activity and forecast reports to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: work with marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize lead sources, messaging, and onboarding transition.
- Continuous improvement: refine scripts,



objection responses, and value propositions based on win/loss feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of direct sales experience (B2B Only) in HRMS, CRM, ERP or IT Software sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly quotas and closing high-volume leads.
- Robust phone and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with mid-to-senior level contacts.
- Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined with time management and activity planning.
- Analytical mindset: uses data to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates.

Preferred Qualifications

- BBA/MBA or Graduation with Management Degree
- Experience in HRMS industry or selling similar products/services will be preferred

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
