Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic General Manager to oversee the overall operations of a premium hotel and banquet facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, banquet facilities, restaurant, and related departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination among Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, Security, and Maintenance teams.
- Establish and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.

Guest Experience & Relations

- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Address guest concerns and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and event organizers.

Banquet & Event Operations

- Supervise weddings, social events, corporate functions, conferences, and other banquet activities.
- Ensure flawless event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver exceptional experiences.

Financial & Revenue Management

- Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor revenue performance, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and banquet sales.
- Ensure effective cost control while maintaining service quality.

Team Leadership & Human Resources

- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage departmental heads and staff.




- Conduct performance evaluations and employee development programs.
- Promote a positive, professional, and productive work culture.

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, event bookings, and revenue.
- Build relationships with travel partners, corporates, wedding planners, and event organizers.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Compliance & Facility Management

- Ensure compliance with all legal, health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Maintain the property, facilities, and equipment to the highest standards.
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant hospitality certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hotel and hospitality operations.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Proven experience in managing hotel operations, banquets, weddings, and events.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
