Job Summary

Vaayu Shaanti Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor project budgets.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide updates to management.
- Resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Drive continuous process improvements and enhance project efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management,



or a related field.
- 6–7 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, or other project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred (not mandatory).
