Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers regarding QuickBooks products and services.
- Sell QuickBooks subscriptions, upgrades, support plans, and related service packages.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable QuickBooks solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell support plans, software upgrades, and value-added services.
- Assist customers with basic product information, licensing, activation, and subscription queries.
- Build trust with customers by providing accurate product information and professional consultation.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM after every interaction.
- Follow sales processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with technical support teams for complex customer issues whenever required.
- Stay updated on QuickBooks products, features, pricing, and promotions.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience in International Sales,



Technical Sales, or Software Sales.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent listening skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting software or QuickBooks is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in International BPO Sales or Technical Sales.
- Prior experience selling QuickBooks, accounting software, SaaS products, or technical support services is highly preferred.
- Experience handling US customers is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and bookkeeping will be beneficial.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
