Arrowatt Engineering is looking for Project co-ordinator. we are emerging electrical service provider in the field of Erection, Testing & Commissioning,of GIS ,AIS Panel and relay Retrofitting, AMC etc.

Requirements:

- B.E-EEE(Min 1 yr experience or DIPLOMA-EEE(Min 2yrs exp)
- Ability to speak Hindi.
- work Location -Thanjavur(Able to Relocate to Thanjavur)
- Knowledge in basic Power System.

Roles and Responsibilitie

- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, test records, gate passes, and other project-related records.
- Coordinate site access, client approvals, permits, and required documentation.
- Provide technical support to site execution teams through drawings, schematic diagrams, and relevant technical documents.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and coordinate travel and manpower deployment for site activities.
- Arrange required testing equipment, tools, tackles, and other project resources, and maintain proper inventory records.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with accurate updates to Customer and Management.
- Escalate delays, risks, and technical issues to management.




- Coordinate with site teams to collect data and maintain proper records for all the sites.
- Monitor staff availability to ensure adequate site workforce.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and safety guidelines at site.
- Conduct and participate in monthly EHS meetings to review safety performance, discuss concerns, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Assist in proposals, cost estimation, and client interactions.
- Brief team members, including new joiners, on company policies, site procedures, project scope, and EHS guidelines.
- Conduct customer visits and attend industry meetups/events to understand client requirements, strengthen business relationships, identify new project opportunities, and generate potential business leads.
