Position: Creative Head

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Shift Timings: 09:15 AM – 06:30 PM (Shift arrangements must be adaptable based on workload.)

Overview

As a Creative Head, you'll lead the creative function by developing innovative concepts and delivering impactful marketing solutions. You'll collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and clients to ensure high-quality creative output that aligns with business objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative concepts and creative campaigns that align with client requirements and industry trends.
- Lead the creation of marketing, promotional, and branding materials across digital and print platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality visual content.
- Create compelling content and copywriting materials while working closely with content writers to maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and creative direction.
- Manage multiple creative projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective creative solutions.
- Review and maintain the quality and consistency of all creative deliverables before final submission.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging creative practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Develop project proposals and provide guidance and support to clients throughout the engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of projects, payments,



budgets, profitability, and profit & loss statements.
- Support teams in ensuring timely execution and completion of project deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the dispatch of physical inputs and maintain proper tracking of deliveries and status.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong creative thinking, conceptualization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and creative tools.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external creative partners.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and brand consistency.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for creativity and delivering impactful solutions.
