- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to meet delivery commitments.
- Allocate work to machining, coil winding, assembly, testing, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor production output and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Sales to ensure smooth production flow.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, bought-out components, and tools before production starts.
- Supervise shop floor operations and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and work instructions.
- Monitor manpower utilization and assign work efficiently.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Minimize machine downtime by coordinating preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor production efficiency, cycle time, and machine utilization.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
- Reduce rejection, rework, material wastage, and production losses.
- Ensure proper handling and identification of materials throughout the production process.
- Verify that only approved materials and components are used in manufacturing.




- Coordinate with the Quality department to resolve production-related quality issues.
- Support new product development and prototype manufacturing.
- Maintain production records, daily production reports, machine utilization reports, and manpower reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures and production documentation.
- Monitor inventory consumption and coordinate with Stores for material requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S, housekeeping, and workplace discipline.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure secure working practices on the shop floor.
- Train and guide production operators on work methods and quality requirements.
- Conduct daily production review meetings and report production status to management.
- Monitor overtime, absenteeism, and manpower productivity.
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
- Perform any other production-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹10,135.54 - ₹30,000.00 per month
