Accountant

Himtex Global is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounting, strong proficiency in Tally and Excel, and a solid understanding of financial principles. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting various accounting functions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Handle GST and TDS calculations and filings.
- Utilize Tally for daily accounting operations and data management.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.




- Support audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of accounting discrepancies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in an accounting role.
- Proven expertise in Tally accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full time

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
