About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our Admissions team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, robust administrative abilities, and a passion for helping students make informed educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on academic programmes, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Support the institution in generating new admissions.
- Conduct seminars, career counselling sessions, career camps, and educational events.
- Visit colleges for outreach, branding, and student engagement activities.
- Organise and participate in career fairs and other promotional events.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, applications, and admission records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support the admissions process.
- Maintain reports and records using MS Excel and Word.
- Build relationships with students, parents, colleges, and other stakeholders.





Qualifications & Skills

- Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience in admissions, student counselling, education counselling, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and counselling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel locally for college visits and outreach activities.
