Festivals From India is hiring on behalf of their client, Ashvita’s Fine Art & Collectables, a highly presentable and polished Floor Manager to manage client experience at their ultra-luxury, appointment-only gallery space, Dwaraka Engineering. This person will be the first point of contact for guests and collectors, acting as a liaison between Ashvita’s team and walk-in clients. The role combines elements of concierge services, client relationship management (CRM), and luxury hospitality. This is a high-touch, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys hosting, attention to detail, and creating memorable, discreet luxury experiences for a discerning clientele.

- The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

- This is an on-site, full-time position based in Chennai.

Essential Qualifications:

- Background in luxury hospitality or experience as a butler/guest relations manager in a premium hotel is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi – spoken and written.

Essential Experience:

- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, high-end concierge services, or front office management in a 5-star environment.
- Basic working knowledge of CRM software or comfort with digital guest management tools.
- Presentable, discreet, and comfortable interacting with UHNWIs and VIP guests.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, with a compensatory weekday off (Tuesday)

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Hosting

- Welcome both walk-in and scheduled guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and engaging arrival experience.
- Coordinate and serve refreshments (tea, coffee, etc.) with a high level of attention to presentation and detail.
- Anticipate guest needs by observing preferences and non-verbal cues, delivering intuitive and personalized service.
- Orient guests within the space, provide an overview of the gallery and artists, and transition them to the appropriate sales or curatorial representatives when required.

CRM & Liaison Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate visitor records, including logging walk-ins and updating guest information within the CRM system.
- Liaise effectively with Ashvita’s sales and curatorial teams to manage visitor appointments and ensure smooth handovers.
- Conduct post-visit follow-ups where necessary, supporting feedback collection and basic client servicing.

Concierge Support

- Assist in coordinating bespoke guest experiences, including reservations, valet services (where applicable), and other special requests.
- Provide on-ground support during events, including guest list management and coordination to ensure a seamless experience.

General Operations

- Ensure the gallery space is consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to uphold operational efficiency and safety standards.
- Oversee the availability and presentation of gallery materials, including catalogues, brochures, and guest amenities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
