Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Business Transformation Manager to drive AI adoption across Auramah Valley. The ideal candidate will identify business challenges, automate workflows, implement AI-powered solutions, and improve productivity across departments including Sales, HR, Finance, Projects, CRM, Procurement, Administration, and Hospitality.

This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring expertise in Generative AI, Business Intelligence, Process Automation, and Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Digital Transformation

- Develop and execute the company's AI transformation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve business operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement AI-driven solutions.
- Drive AI adoption and foster an AI-first culture across the organization.

Business Process Automation

- Automate repetitive and manual workflows using AI tools.
- Design intelligent workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Recommend and implement automation solutions across departments.

Department-Wise AI Implementation

Sales & CRM

- AI-powered lead management and customer segmentation.
- Sales forecasting and pipeline analytics.
- Proposal, quotation, and email automation.




- CRM process optimization.

Human Resources

- AI-assisted recruitment and resume screening.
- Interview evaluation and candidate assessment.
- Performance analytics dashboards.
- Employee onboarding and HR process automation.

Finance & Accounts

- AI-enabled MIS reporting.
- Budget forecasting and variance analysis.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,



Business Analytics, or related field.
- MBA, Data Analytics, AI Certification, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in AI implementation, Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, or Process Automation.
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI projects that improve business outcomes.
