Job Title: YL CSSD Technician

Job Description:
The YL CSSD Technician is responsible for the management and maintenance of sterile processing equipment and supplies in a healthcare setting. This role involves ensuring that all surgical instruments and equipment are decontaminated, sterilized, and properly stored according to established protocols. The technician will work closely with surgical teams to ensure that all necessary tools are available for procedures while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform decontamination and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Operate and maintain various sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners.
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory management.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to fulfill needs for surgical supplies and instruments.




- Participate in quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
