Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Creator to design, build, and optimize AI-powered solutions that improve internal business operations. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support employees through the practical application of artificial intelligence.

The ideal candidate combines technical AI skills with strong business process understanding and can translate operational challenges into effective AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Design, build, and maintain AI assistants, chatbots, automations, and workflow solutions.
- Develop prompts, knowledge bases, and AI workflows for internal teams.
- Integrate AI tools with existing business systems where appropriate.
- Create AI-powered documentation, templates, and internal support resources.
- Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand business requirements and recommend AI solutions.
- Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI models and workflows.
- Monitor AI performance, accuracy, and adoption across the business.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with company security, privacy, and governance policies.
- Train employees on effective use of AI tools and promote best practices.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend new opportunities for implementation.

Required Skills

- Experience using generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini.
- Strong prompt engineering and AI workflow design skills.
- Understanding of business process mapping and workflow optimization.




- Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating AI with CRM, ERP, or other business systems.
- Knowledge of APIs and low-code/no-code development platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is desirable.
- Experience creating internal documentation, training materials, or knowledge management systems.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and information security.

Role Objective

To improve organisational efficiency by identifying, developing, and implementing practical AI solutions that enhance internal business processes, reduce manual work, improve knowledge sharing, and support employees in delivering better outcomes.

Pay: ₹153,621.01 - ₹842,129.67 per year
