Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Video & Photo Editor who can create high-converting content for real estate marketing. The ideal candidate must be technically strong in editing tools and capable of delivering creatives that generate quality leads, not just engagement.

Key Responsibilities : Video Editing (Primary Focus)

- Create high-converting Reels, Shorts, and Ads
- Edit property walkthroughs, drone videos, testimonial videos
- Add strong hooks, captions, transitions, effects, and CTAs
- Optimize content for lead generation & conversions

Photo Editing & Creatives

- Enhance property images (color correction, lighting, retouching)
- Design posters, ad creatives, banners, and social media visuals
- Create carousel posts and promotional creatives

Performance Marketing Support

- Work closely with marketing team to create conversion-focused creatives
- Understand and improve CTR, CPL, and lead quality through visuals
- Adapt creatives based on campaign performance

Social Media & Branding

- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, and Ads platforms
- Maintain consistent brand identity, fonts, and design quality

Market Awareness

- Track real estate trends,



competitor ads, and viral content formats
- Suggest new ideas to increase lead inflow and engagement

Technical Skills (Very Important)

Candidate must be highly proficient (advanced level) in:

Adobe Tools:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom

Additional Tools (Must Have Working Knowledge):

- Canva (for rapid creatives)
- CapCut (for reels & quick edits)
- VN / InShot (mobile editing tools)

Should be able to:

- Handle end-to-end editing independently
- Deliver fast turnaround creatives in a startup environment
- Work on both long-form and short-form content

KPIs (Performance Measurement)

- Leads generated from creatives
- Ad performance (CTR, CPL)
- Video engagement & retention
- Creative turnaround time

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in video & photo editing
- Strong portfolio of real estate / performance marketing creatives
- Understanding of buyer psychology & sales-driven content
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
