Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of target users by observing and analyzing how they interact with various systems and complete their tasks. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance the overall experience by designing intuitive and efficient solutions that align with user needs. The workday often includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the user journey is seamless and engaging, while continuously refining designs based on feedback and evolving user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret user requirements and translate them into effective design strategies.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze results to inform iterative design improvements.
- Document design processes and decisions to maintain clarity and consistency across projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong skills in wireframing and prototyping tools to create clear and interactive design mockups.
- Experience in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Ability to apply human-centered design principles to develop user-friendly interfaces.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices to ensure usability for diverse user groups.
- Competence in collaborating with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
