We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accounts Professional to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, audits, and overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.
- Prepare Financial Statements, MIS Reports & Cash Flow Reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Banks.
- Manage Payroll, Vendor Payments, Receivables & Budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Lead and mentor the Accounts team.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
- CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
