We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Cataloguing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product listings across our e-commerce platforms while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Amazon catalogue and content

· Create and update product titles, bullet points, descriptions, variations, listing images, videos and A+ Content for Amazon.

· Coordinate flat-file uploads, catalogue corrections and content changes; verify that updates are live and accurate.

· Support Amazon Brand Store and product-review initiatives as assigned.

Creative and production coordination

· Plan product image requirements, shot lists, video scripts, voiceovers, reference frames and content briefs.

· Coordinate photo/video shoots and follow up with studios, editors and internal teams until final deliverables are approved.

· Review creatives for accuracy, brand consistency and platform suitability; consolidate and communicate revision feedback.

Social media and influencer execution

· Maintain monthly content calendars and coordinate posts, reels, stories and YouTube uploads.

· Coordinate influencer deliverables, captions, product links, product pickup/dispatch and posting timelines.

· Respond to relevant Instagram and YouTube comments/direct messages and escalate product or service queries when needed.

· Compile monthly performance insights for social channels and maintain influencer/content databases.

Digital advertising support

· Create and monitor Amazon video-ad campaigns and support Instagram/reel campaign execution.

· Coordinate ad scripts and creative assets, review performance signals and recommend routine campaign or creative updates.

Marketplace operations and issue resolution

· Open, document and follow up on Seller Support cases such as catalogue errors, referral-fee matters, stranded inventory and listing issues.

· Maintain accurate trackers, status updates,



output links and next actions; follow through until closure.

· Coordinate with account-management teams to remove execution blockers.

Expected outcomes / success measures

· Accurate, complete and timely product listings and A+ content across assigned SKUs.

· Creative, shoot, influencer and campaign deliverables completed within agreed timelines.

· Marketplace cases and operational issues tracked proactively through closure, with clear documentation.

· Consistent social publishing and timely monthly performance reporting.

· Low rework due to robust briefs, quality checks and stakeholder coordination.

Candidate profile

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Communications or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace content, digital marketing or a similar execution-focused role.

· Hands-on familiarity with Amazon Seller Central; experience with listings, variations, A+ Content, flat files and Seller Support is strongly preferred.

· Working knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, influencer coordination and basic digital-ad campaign workflows.

· Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and disciplined tracker maintenance.

· Clear written communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple SKUs and deadlines simultaneously.

· Comfort coordinating with designers, editors, studios, influencers, warehouse teams and external support teams.

Tools and working knowledge

· Amazon Seller Central

· Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and shared-drive based file management

· Canva or similar content-review/design tools

· Instagram, Meta Ads Manager and YouTube Studio

· Basic understanding of image/video production terminology and creative approval workflows

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
