Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build strong client relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and service-related concerns.
- Maintain and regularly update customer information in CRM software.
- Coordinate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar role.
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in email writing and replying.
- Good English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
