Civil Site Engineer

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

* B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

* 3–4 years of experience in residential, commercial, or villa construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.

* Good understanding of construction quality standards and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.

* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.





* Monitor construction quality, safety, and project progress.

* Prepare daily progress reports and verify contractor bills.

* Manage material planning, inventory, and site resources.

* Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely project completion.

* Assist in project handover and preparation of as-built documentation.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in real estate or residential villa projects.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

* Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage.

* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
