Role Overview
OPTM Healthcare is looking for a Nutritionist to support patients enrolled in our personalized weight-management and GLP-1 programs, with a focus on sustainable weight loss, healthy nutrition, and muscle preservation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct nutritional assessments and understand patient goals and lifestyle.
Develop personalized diet and nutrition plans.
Guide patients on protein intake, hydration, balanced nutrition, and healthy eating.
Support patients throughout their GLP-1 journey and address nutrition-related challenges.
Monitor progress and modify nutrition plans as required.
Conduct regular follow-ups and encourage patient adherence.
Work closely with Endocrinologists and the clinical team.
Maintain accurate patient records and consultation notes.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of clinical nutrition and weight management.
Strong patient counselling and communication skills.
Knowledge of GLP-1 therapy and muscle preservation is an advantage.
