Job Summary

Yellow Banana Food Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Food & Beverage Cost Controller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, inventory management, stock control, and ensuring cost efficiency across restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and control food & beverage costs across outlets.

* Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits.

* Analyze consumption patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.

* Prepare cost reports, variance reports, and inventory reconciliation reports.

* Verify purchase orders, invoices, and stock transfers.

* Maintain accurate inventory records and stock valuation.

* Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure proper stock management.

* Monitor wastage, pilferage, and shrinkage of inventory.





* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and cost-control procedures.

* Assist in menu costing and profitability analysis.

Required Skills

* Robust knowledge of Food & Beverage Cost Control.

* Liquor knowledge is mandatory.

* Inventory Management and Stock Auditing.

* Knowledge of Menu Costing and Recipe Costing.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

* Analytical and numerical aptitude.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Understanding of hospitality operations and procurement processes.

Qualifications

* BHM Graduate or Any Graduate.

Preferred Industry

* Hospitality, Restaurants, QSR, Casual Dining, or Food Service Industry.
