Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Head HR to lead and manage our Talent Acquisition team, drive recruitment strategy, and ensure timely hiring of quality talent across functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team and recruitment operations.
- Develop and execute effective end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Manage volume hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership/critical hiring.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Monitor recruitment TAT, productivity, closures, and team performance.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Drive employer branding,



candidate experience, and recruitment process improvements.
- Prepare and review recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and performance metrics.

Candidate Profile :

- 4 –7 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition, with significant experience in team management.
- Solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in managing and achieving team hiring targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing strategies.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
